As Rafferty's Ham is a premium quality ham, it contains the leanest hand trimmed Irish pork. After a traditional three day cure, Rafferty's Ham is slowly cooked in a steam oven.

All Rafferty's Ham is Bord Bia approved and has full certified traceability. 

Rafferty's Ham is available plain, honey roasted or crumbed. It is sold in bulk or sliced.
