A family owned business, Rafferty's Ham was established in 1982 by Brendan and Mary Rafferty for the purpose of manufacturing the finest quality traditional home cooked Irish ham.
The growing business was relocated to our current site in Carrickmacross, Co.Monaghan in 1991 due to the increased demand for our premium Irish ham. Our custom built premises which cover 15,000 sq ft are finished to the very highest standards possible, offering the most hygienic conditions for preparing, cooking and packing our ham. All stages of manufacturing Rafferty's Ham are completed on site from boning, curing, cooking and packing to delivering with our own fleet of refrigerated vehicles.
Everyone at Rafferty's Ham is expertly trained and committed to producing a traditional, wholesome, premium Irish ham that contains no colouring and no artificial additives.
